こうしてみると広い、緑の多い公園みたいですが、うなぎの寝床のように細長い公園。
共栄中学の真横あたりから、光陽小学校そばまでも続きますが、車道で遮られています。

This was taken in Yanagimachi park. The place might look very huge, if guessed from this pic, but it is a thin rectanble shaped and not that huge as far as width concerns. Note that the tree you see is a white birch, kind of a proof that Kushiro IS a cold place! You can see the tree anywhere in the region.
